Shipping is awful. I ordered 8/14. Got the package today 9/4. They do mot respond to emails at all. Packaging is bad. Product will spill out before it gets to you. Don ‘t waste your time.

Hi Brandi, we’re sorry your experience wasn’t a good one. We did experience an unexpected family emergency during this time that caused a significant shipping delay, and we communicated that as we worked to get caught up. We’re also concerned to hear that your product arrived leaking. If an item arrives damaged or leaking, please send us photos of the package, the inside of the box, and your packing slip so we can take care of it. We absolutely replace products that arrive damaged. As for emails, we do respond to customer messages, but unfortunately some were missed during that emergency period. We apologize that yours may have been one of them. 💕
