At Sugared Skin Co., all sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Our body oils are personal care items, and for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept them back once they have been shipped.

We make every effort to ensure you know exactly what to expect before purchasing. Each product includes clearly listed fragrance notes so you can confidently choose the scent that best fits your preference.

Damaged Packages

All orders are carefully inspected and go through quality control before leaving our facility. We do not ship damaged items.

If your package arrives damaged during transit, a claim must be filed directly with United States Postal Service (USPS). Once a package leaves our facility, it is in the carrier’s possession, and they are responsible for any damage that may occur during delivery.

We recommend keeping all packaging materials and taking photos of the damaged package to support your claim.
