Purchase & Cancellation Policy

All orders placed with Sugared Skin Co. are processed quickly to ensure timely production and shipping.

Order Accuracy

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. This includes product selection, quantities, scent choices, and shipping information. Once an order is placed, we begin processing promptly and cannot guarantee changes can be made.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances.

Order Changes

We are unable to guarantee changes to orders once they have been placed. This includes:

• Product changes
• Scent changes
• Quantity adjustments
• Shipping address updates

If you need to request a change, you must contact us immediately through Shopify Chat. Once your order has entered processing or has shipped, no changes can be made.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Our system cannot edit or modify shipping information once an order is placed. The address your order is shipped to will always be the exact address provided at checkout.

Sugared Skin Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer. If a package is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Processing & Fulfillment

Because our products are handmade and fulfilled by a small team, orders move quickly through production. This limits our ability to pause or adjust orders once they are placed.
